SPRITE as SHARD

Jia Jing a.k.a. SPRITE
As one of the newest student at the Jean Grey Institute, Jia immediately settled in and enjoyed her new life of mutant-going-on-adventures. She was always eager to learn more, do more, undertsand more about mutants. Her powers include crystal-like skin, limited morphing abilities, insect-like wings that enable her to fly, and some low-level super strenght. When the chinese government sent its team of super-heroes to take Jia back, she fought hard to stay at the Jean Grey Institute, but due to legal issues, she had to return to China in the end, and served several years as the member of the China Force Academy. Having few way to stay in touch with her friend, she began to think they had given up on her, and began her hard training. Until a secret squad of students (composed of Trance, Pixie, Mercury, Anole and Cipher) came and rescued her. Once she was back at the school, the lawyers of Worthington Inc. found a legal way to keep her freed from the chinese government. During her training in China, she mastered her morphing powers and speciallize in taking sharp and edgy shapes, in remembrance of her friend Cessily a.k.a. Mercury.
